I have two children. I'm currently living with my mother who helps support me and my children. I work as many hours as I can to support myself, but just isn't enough. My ex-husband clears 6,000/month.His new wife clears 3,000/month.I get no child support. He pays for the childrens daycare and health insurance and clothes for when they are with him. We share joint custody.I have them a week.He has them a week.I can't afford to pay for food,let alone their clothing,school supplies,daily wants and needs. Where should I go from here? How do I shop for a good, fighting attorney?Someone who can and will stand up for me in the courts?
