Lawandafisher@aol.comI am writing in concern for my cousin and other inmates that are currently being held at the Bowie County Correctional Center in Texarkana Texas. On August 25, 2000 my cousin was stopped by an officer by the name of Officer Griffith #987 of the Texarkana police department and was arrested under false pretense and is currently being held with evidence on him and they dropped the charges they had filed on him but then the state picked them up and now he is going back to court on the same charges over and over again. They said he attempted to take a weapon from an officer and then assaulted on a public servant, but he did not do any of these things. What can he do to get justice for himself. They refuse to let him press charges or get legal actions. Is there any one I can talk to about this matter? Please help me in this matter.
