iam legally seperated but not divorsed my wife passes away before we do. i was supposed to give her half of my 401k, but a qudro wasnt done yet and my exinlaws think they should get it and my attorneys is saying it should go to her estate is that true please help!! ive spent all my money on this attorney and i want a second opinion!! any help would be appreciated

hi to whom may help . ok im legally separated for about a year and my wifes passed away because of a stoke but i was suppose to give her half of my 401k but a qudro was never done my exinlaws is trying to get the money but iam not divorsed iam i her next of kin or do i have to give it to her estate or is my papers null and void please help thanks bobby dc
