I am seeking inormation as to the statute of limitations as to how long a State Agency, (Arizona) can maintains evidence siezed as a result of a warrant. The time frame now has been 21 months, there has been no investigation, the accompanying affidavit is still sealed with the court, and as far as we no the evidence taken has hardly even been looked at. Any assistance will be appreciated.
