My Son was a Ritalin child for hyperactivity, He was put on Ritalin when just a young boy and I have his medical records for this. The effects of the drug was not known then as it is now. He became addicted to drugs. Later on in life we found out he was addicted. He has kicked the habit with Rehabilitation and Our Lord Jesus Christ. He even ask the Courts and the Parole Division to let him go to Cinekor to be rebuilt from ground up so to speak. You see my Son went as far down as he could health wise fanatically and lost all he had ever worked for, believe me this is no pity trip we are on.

I have a horrible situation that involves both my legal spouse (whom I left approx 11 yrs ago) and the 3 children we had together.
I will try to be brief as I know you are pressed for time.
1) I left my husband June 18, 1990 due to abuse, neglect, and adultery. I moved from Alabama to Texas with my 3 children and lived with an aunt and uncle because I had no one in Alabama to help me and no way out of my situation.
2) I called Texas Legal Services to see if they could assist me in obtaining a divorce and custody and they said I had to be a resident for a year.
3) After being here for a month, my aunt and uncle said they could not help me and my children any longer and that they had made arrangements to have my children put in foster care through the Church of Christ (Christian Services of the Southwest). I went along with this temporarily only to learn in October of 1990 that this group was trying to adopt out my children.
4) I decided that (in my mind at the time) I would take the lesser of two evils and reconcile with my husband since I was getting no where here. He made me believe that he would take me with him but he came here and took my kids away.
5) I called Texas Legal Services when I learned that he was taking my kids and they informed me that there was nothing that could be done b/c we were not residents of the State of Texas and he had every legal right to take my children.
6) I have not been permitted to see my children with very few exceptions in these 11 yrs. I have not seen them since July 1995. I have made attempts but his family always takes them away so I cannot see them.
7) My husband is now serving a 9 yr sentence for manslaughter ( he shot an unarmed man in the chest with a shot gun). I do not know what prison he is in now since he has been moved, but I do have 2 letters from him.
8) My youngest son has vandalized my mother's home and has been in anger management courses over the past year. However he recently threatened to blow up his school and took a knife to school threatening to kill a class mate.
9) I do not know where my children are and no one will give me any information.
10) I called the circuit clerk in Alabama and they said they could not give me any information regarding custodial court orders.
11) I also have another child with another man that I have been involved with for 10 years.
There is much more to this and I do not want to take any more of your time. I thank you for your time and consideration in reading some of the details of my circumstances. Any help or advise you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
