It is bad when you work hard for a living and thenyour injuried on the job and you have to fight for what should be yours fromthe beginning. Then when you do fight inthe court of law and win your cse the workers comp. still doens't want to pay you what was yours from the start and they appeal you. There is nothing in the Louisiana Wrokers comp. law to protect honest hard working people with a family. Can any one help?
