Judge Manias, of the Merrimack County Superior Court fell asleep twice in the hearing that destroyed my reputation and my life. Paul Maggiotto, the man acting as my attorney, provided an inept defense. He visibly and repeatedly shook his head after questioning me on the stand in what clearly appeared to be an attempt to get me to answer questions in a certain way. He refused to take any action against Judge Manias, who has since retired. I used to think that our system of justice existed to deter crime. It has become clear, not only that it has failed profoundly in this, but that it is so blind, so oblivious, so political, and so totally numb to the truth... that it is nothing more than a tool of corruption.
Feel free to contact me if you'd like to hear about the lawyers who have told me, one even this very day, that the court places politics above the truth.
